Bright Stars Ghana Football Club (BSGFC) is a 501c3 charitable and educational organization with its head quarter based in Aurora Colorado, USA. The club was founded by a Gambia-Ghanaian residing in the USA. The primary mission is to provide kids of all abilities a place where they get a chance to play soccer in an organized manner, with the emphasis to create future champions for the nation and the work as a whole.
Our program is all year-round and brings together a diverse group of young players from all works of life and background.
We are particularly committed to having a social purpose and to being a contributing member to the community at large. We thrive to provide the opportunity to all, and specially financially-in-need families and low-income political refugee children who have relocated in our area, to benefit from a soccer experience that can effectively encourage them to keep striving, mature, and do well in the community.
As a non-profit organization, we rely heavily on volunteers to be involved every step of the way to ensure the success of the program. As such many parents volunteer their time in different capacities throughout the calendar year to help support all our teams.
Our club teams participate in the local and national youth leagues and tournaments appropriate for their skill and age levels. Players are expose to other soccer styles and enriching personal experiences. Whether you have been playing soccer, or you are brand new to the sport, we provide our kids the opportunity to develop individual and team soccer skills, and as such producing players equipped to face challenges on and off the field.
